Platform & Billing

Is Winixx Freight free to join?
Yes. There is no monthly membership requirement for either carriers or shippers. You can create an account and explore the platform without committing to a subscription. Fees only apply when you activate certain workflows (for example, carrier verification) or when a shipper funds and runs shipments.
What does it cost for carriers?
Carriers pay a one-time $75 verification fee to complete MC authority and insurance verification. This is not a subscription and does not renew monthly. Once verified, carriers can bid on loads, deliver, and receive payouts through the carrier wallet.
What does it cost for shippers?
Shippers do not pay a monthly subscription. Instead, shippers use a prepaid model: you fund your shipper wallet and that balance is used to create shipments. This approach helps attract quality carrier capacity and improves payout speed once delivery is confirmed.
Why do you require shippers to fund their account?
Prepaid funding ensures shipments are backed by available funds before posting, which improves trust and reliability for carriers. When a shipment is created, funds are withheld (held) until the shipment is marked delivered. This supports smoother execution, fewer payment disputes, and faster carrier payouts.
How does the shipper wallet work?
Shippers fund a built-in wallet and can track spending and shipment activity inside the platform. When you create a shipment, the required amount is withheld until delivery is confirmed. This provides clear visibility into spend, improves control, and creates a predictable payout experience for carriers.
How do carriers get paid and how long does it take?
Carriers can bid on loads, complete delivery, and then funds are deposited to the carrier wallet once delivery is confirmed. Standard cash-out typically takes 1–3 business days to process depending on banking rails. You can also choose a same-business-day cash-out option for an additional fee.
Can carriers cash out anytime?
Yes. Once funds are available in your carrier wallet, you can withdraw at any time. Standard payouts process in 1–3 business days, and we also offer a same-business-day cash-out option for a fee when you need speed.
Do you offer a fuel card program?
Yes. We offer a fuel card program aligned with the same wallet and prepaid control model. This helps carriers manage fuel spend with better visibility while keeping operations centralized inside the Winixx Freight ecosystem.
