3) Vehicles, Carriers, and Compliance Data

For carriers and owner operators, we collect and process information necessary to support safety, compliance, and marketplace integrity. This may include:

DOT and MC numbers
Insurance policies and coverage status

Carrier authority and safety-related data

This information is used to verify eligibility, enforce platform rules, reduce safety risks, and maintain a compliant transportation marketplace.

4) Location and Tracking Data

During active deliveries, the Platform may collect real-time or near real-time location data from carriers or drivers to provide shipment visibility, estimated arrival times, delivery verification, fraud prevention, and operational coordination.

Location data may be collected through mobile applications, device permissions, or system integrations. Disabling tracking may limit access to certain features or services.

6) Payments, Wallets, and Payouts

We collect and process financial information related to platform transactions, including shipper account funding, Posting Fees, carrier wallets, payouts, refunds, and transaction history.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Winixx Freight does not store full payment card numbers. We retain transaction records for accounting, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

7.1 With Other Platform Users

Shipment-related information is shared between shippers and carriers as necessary to execute transportation services.

7.2 With Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that provide services such as hosting, analytics, verification, communications, mapping, and payment processing.

8) Law Enforcement and Legal Disclosures

We may access, preserve, and disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
